Our program is designed to start you from the very beginning. As our logo suggests, fitness is an uphill battle that we believe should not be done alone. Base Camp provides a wonderful opportunity for you to learn the correct form in our core lifts, meet the community and become familiar with ASCENT fitness.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES
ASCENT is an acronym that stands for Accelerate, Strengthen, Condition, Explode, Nutrition and Testing. All of our group fitness classes incorporate these principles. ASCENT Gym was founded on the proven method of linear periodization training. Our class sizes range from 1 – 8 people.
Slams & Abs
Summit Fever is the compulsion to reach the summit of a mountain at all costs. This is high-intensity interval training, where you go all-out with 100% effort. Quick, intense bursts of exercise are followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets your heart rate up fast & burns more fat. These workouts are incorporated into our group fitness classes.
Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) and Spartan Races are outdoor competitions designed to test your raw talent, mentally and physically. These activities include rope climbs, cargo nets, wall climbs, monkey bar type apparatuses, low crawls, weighted carries, muddy hills and balance beams. Are you in?
